The level of understanding of SSI's business processes and communications needs that was brought to the table by i-Tech was astounding.  Everything we saw was completely relevant.  It was fully explained.  We saw it working when demonstrated on the live equipment.  It was compelling to the point that I immediately saw great potential value within the equipment and the team that supports it for our company's bottom line -- not just another replacement appliance being sold by a bunch of guys.
