i-Tech Announces Total Technology Services Platinum


Cisco Premier Partner will now support all of an organization’s network technology and users for a single monthly fee  
 
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Organizations in Central Florida looking to reduce their IT costs now have a new option as i-Tech Support, Inc., one of the few true regional technology solution providers in the Southeast and a Cisco Premier Partner, today announced the availability of its Total Technology Services (TTS) Platinum offering. TTS Platinum allows customers to outsource a variety of necessary but non-profitable IT tasks – including network performance monitoring and management, PC application and hardware support, server support, account administration, security administration and more – for one pre-set monthly fee. 
 
“There is a tendency in tough economic times for companies, especially small and medium size ones, to think that managing IT themselves is a way to save money,” said Richard Vaughn, vice president, customer satisfaction group at i-Tech. “But the reality is it actually costs them more. When I show a CEO, CFO or other executive how they can save 30 percent to 50 percent on their IT costs by signing on to a program like TTS Platinum they are often surprised. TTS Platinum is the latest extension of i-Tech’s original TTS Gold service. TTS Gold offers many of i-Tech’s services as part of a retainer, but others are only available on an a la carte basis. With TTS Platinum, everything is included, regardless of the type of work or number of incidents. This strategy makes it a particular favorite of small and medium-size organizations that depend on technology and want to have predictable monthly expenses for it. Innovations such as this are also among the reasons for i-Tech’s high level of customer satisfaction, which has led to the company gaining market share when many of its competitors are challenged.
