i-Tech Among the Top 5% of Microsoft Partners Worldwide
Orlando, Fla. (Jan. 9, 2012) – i-Tech Support, Inc., a Certified Cisco® Premier Partner technology services and support company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has earned the Microsoft Silver Competency. Achieving this competency places i-Tech in the top 5% of Microsoft partners worldwide. It also marks i-Tech’s 12th year as a Microsoft Partner Network member.
The Microsoft Silver Competency signifies that a company has demonstrated a high level of skill and achievement within a given technology specialization. i-Tech fulfilled the following requirements for Certified Silver Midmarket Solution Provider status:

·       Successfully complete a rigorous series of tests to demonstrate i-Tech’s level of technology expertise

·       Employ a required number of Microsoft Certified Professionals

·       Provide customer references

·       Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by participating in an annual survey
