An i-Tech engineer was assigned the help ticket above at 5:30 PM on Wednesday. He contacted us to get the details of the issue even though the work day had ended. At that time he stated he was in transit back to Orlando from Melbourne and asked if he could work on the problem when he got back. That action alone is very rare today, but it continued as he worked on the problem. His work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction is above and beyond approach. What can one say but, "THANK YOU."
