Acumatica Direct | Premier Support
- Premier Support is the perfect fit to ensure your success with Acumatica solution around the clock.
- This program provides all the benefits of Basic Support plus phone and chat access, priority support, and 24x7 availability.
- This plan comes as a 1-year contract.
i-Tech | Platinum Support Services
- This plan is ideal for time periods where you anticipate needing some extra help.
- Designed to provide fast and effective help with support issues and questions during normal business hours.
- Features email or phone response to how-to questions and an unlimited number of Acumatica product support cases.
- This plan is billed monthly with 15-days notice to cancel.
i-Tech | Pay-As-You-Go
- Designed to provide fast and effective help with support issues and questions during normal business hours and 24X7 support for business-critical issues.
- Includes how-to questions and Acumatica product support cases.
- Unlike other 3 plans, also includes new work requests and training.
- Billed at i-Tech Acumatica consulting standard hourly rate in quarter-hour increments.
- No contract required.
