Michael Augello is the Chief Executive Officer of i-Tech Support. A widely respected entrepreneur, chief executive officer and business advisor, Michael has over 35 years of experience working with mid-market to enterprise-level organizations. He is certified as an Acumatica Software Sales and Business Consultant.He adds a wealth of experience and business insight to organizations through his collective expertise, including his ERP Software and Consulting Professional status.
Over his career, Michael has held the positions of CFO, COO and CEO for several manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in the United States. In his previous venture, Michael was an ERP Software Executive and Executive Vice President for an award-winning team. The team was named “Sage Software Partner of the Year” each year that he served.
Born on a US Army base in Heidelberg, Germany, Michael spent his early career in New York, before relocating to Florida in 1990. Mike earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY. He began a career as a Certified Public Accountant with the International Accounting firm of KPMG. He advanced his expertise by spending 17 years running several mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and service organizations. Through this experience, he developed a keen understanding of technology and its role in improving efficiency and profitability.
After selling his business to a publicly-traded company in the late 90s, Mike acquired a small software firm and shifted his focus towards helping small and midsized businesses apply technology to grow their organization. Through a series of acquisitions and mergers, his firm became renowned as a major software reseller in the United States, serving over 3,000 clients.
Michael is respected by organizations nationwide for his unique ability to analyze business process challenges and assist leadership in formulating solutions. He possesses both the temperament and patience necessary to collaborate with leaders and implement the critical steps towards change. His passion for working with organizational teams to help them improve profitability and efficiency is signature to his leadership style.
In 2015, Michael expanded the offerings of i-Tech Support to provide software and consulting services. These offerings include Business Process Reviews, evaluation of Current Software Solutions & Gap Analysis with Current Business Requirements, preparation of Software Requirements Documents, and Assistance with RFP Development. Additionally, i-Tech is a Gold Certified partner for the Acumatica cloud-based ERP solution.

Daniel A. Stockman, CPA

Daniel A. Stockman is the President and COO at i-Tech Support, Inc. Daniel is also co-chairman of the Southeastern chapter of the Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance. Daniel brings over twenty years of experience in the areas of accounting, financial management, telecommunication and information technology to i-Tech Support. Daniel actively helps businesses leverage technology to optimize expenditure and protect their business investments. He also helps organizations make smarter technology decisions to achieve long-term success. He is passionate about all areas of technology, but finds Managed IT Services and Information Security to be the most valuable to organizations.
Born in Chicago. IL, Daniel relocated to Florida in 1983 to begin his career with Sprint – United Telephone of Florida as a management associate in the accounting and finance department. He later joined The Walt Disney Company as a senior financial analyst, where he deepened his financial and technology expertise in solving complex business challenges.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree. He also holds numerous other industry certifications, including A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional and Cisco Certified Design Associate certification.
In 1999, Daniel founded i-Tech Support, a total technology firm designed to bring the advantages of enterprise-level technology to the small and mid-sized organizations. His firm replicates the technology practices used by enterprise organizations to drive their productivity and growth, to create the similar results within smaller organizations, but at a budget they can afford. Today i-Tech Support, Inc. is a premiere managed services, cyber security and advanced technology provider. Robert Franks is the Vice President Software and Consulting at i-Tech Support, Inc., with expertise in both the accounting and software consulting spheres. Robert brings over thirty five years of experience in the areas of accounting, consulting, enterprise software, business systems planning, custom application development, system implementations and project management to his clients. He has served in many roles within the enterprise software industry including VP Cloud Global Operations, VP of Software Consulting, Director of Business Development, Manager of Education, OEM Partner management.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, Robert graduated Drew University in Madison NJ with a Bachelor’s in Economics degree. He further attained a Masters of Business Administration on Accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Robert relocated to Florida in 1989 to pursue a career with Johnson & Johnson as a plant controller. Robert began his consulting career in 1992, when he joined Ross Systems, as an ERP implementation consultant. Here, he leveraged his extensive accounting experience to assist clients implement automated accounting systems to alleviate issues surrounding productivity and efficiency.
Robert brings a wealth of experience to the software and consulting industry. Over the last two decades, he has implemented solutions for hundreds of mid-tier accounts nationwide. He thrives on helping businesses leverage software to optimize operations and lower costs.
Beyond business systems, Robert also enjoys a number of activities, including salt-water fishing, boating and spending time with his wife, Cheryl, and their two teenage children, Lauren and Kara.

Kurt Bauer is the Director of Technical Services at i-Tech Support, Inc.. Kurt has over 20 years of technical experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise software and business systems in a variety of industries, including finance, retail, service and technology. For the past seven years Kurt has been instrumental in helping organizations grow their business by implementing ERP software solutions. He currently holds ERP consulting certifications in both Acumatica and Sage ERP X3.
Born and raised in Ohio, Kurt attended Miami University in Oxford, OH, earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with focuses in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems., After graduating, he expanded his business knowledge and expertise by working with small technology startups and large corporations. Kurt also has experience as a small business owner, after running his own business for several years. Kurt’s diverse background of experience and business ownership has accredited him with a unique ability to match the unique needs of a organization to a strategic software solution. This unique ability is instrumental to his daily consulting and support services.

Frank is the Director of Consulting Services at i-Tech Support, Inc. Frank has over 20 years of experience evaluating and implementing business processes at organizations of varying sizes serving multiple industries. Frank is also a Certified Public Accountant and brings a strong technical financial background to organizations looking to optimize the flow and reporting of data.
Born in Amityville, NY, Frank obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and Master of Science in Accounting from Pace University in New York City. He has served in several roles over the course of his career including 10 years in Big 4 Accounting in both external audit and advisory services consulting. He also served in various financial leadership roles including the Director of Financial Governance for a global software company based in Silicon Valley, CA. Prior to relocating to Florida in the summer of 2016, Frank worked for a large healthcare organization headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area where he was the Director of Internal Controls and Exchange Accounting.
Beyond business consulting, Frank enjoys a number of activities including photography, hiking, surfing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Jen, and their Boston Terrier, Enzo.
