i-Tech was a constant support to us through a challenging time. We had to move to a temporary location for a building renovation where we experienced a number of printer and internet challenges, all while in the middle of a complicated Microsoft Dynamics GP upgrade. Our i-Tech Network Engineer was a godsend. He worked closely with the other IT group managing the upgrade to resolve issues. He was very responsive, even emailing after hours and visiting onsite multiple times over several weeks to ensure that each new issue was 100% fixed. He kept the Help Desk well-informed on what we needed. I have come across many IT companies, and I honestly don’t think I have ever met anyone so diligent, proactive, and hardworking.
