Chief Executive Officer
Mike Augello is the Chief Executive Officer of i-Tech Support. Mike has over 40 years of experience working with mid-market organizations. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG, an International Accounting firm.
Over his career, Mike has held the positions of CFO, COO and CEO for several manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in the United States. After Mike and his partners sold their business to a publicly-traded company in the late 90s, Mike acquired ownership interests in multiple technology companies, and shifted his focus toward helping small and mid-sized businesses apply technology to grow their organization.
In 2015, Mike expanded the offerings of i-Tech to provide Acumatica ERP Software and Consulting services. i-Tech is a Gold Certified Acumatica ERP Software Partner with many clients located in the United States and the Caribbean.
Mike enjoys participating in many outdoor activities with his wife Chris, their children, and grandchildren.
the President, Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Stockman is the President, Chief Operating Officer, and founder at i-Tech Support, Inc. Dan brings over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of technology consulting, accounting, financial management, education, and telecommunications to i-Tech. Dan actively helps organizations leverage technology to optimize expenditures and protect their business investments. He helps organizations make smarter technology decisions to achieve long-term success. He is passionate about all areas of technology and how it relates to businesses and organizations of all types and sizes.
Born in Chicago, Illinois Dan relocated with his family to Florida in the 1980s. He is a proud 1989 graduate of Clearwater Central Catholic High School and then later graduated in 1995 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree. His career started as a management associate at Sprint/United Telephone of Florida and later moved to The Walt Disney Company to assist with the opening of Animal Kingdom as a senior systems financial analyst.
Dan left Disney to launch i-Tech in 1999 with the sole goal of helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve more through technology advancements. He also served as an adjunct professor at Valencia College for over 10 years teaching managerial and financial accounting on nights and weekends.
Dan served on the Board of Directors for Family Services of Metro Orlando for over 5 years where he helped empower the Central Florida community to create possibilities for children and families in need. Dan remains very passionate about our community and has served as a leader of the Central Florida Basket Brigade each November to help serve needy families throughout Central Florida. Dan and members of the i-Tech team continue to serve our local community through varying outreach and volunteer efforts.
Dan has performed numerous public speaking events with the most recent being on an educational leadership Google G Suite Panel at the annual FCIS Convention where he discussed the “collaborative and intersecting work of IT & EdTech leaders…” Additionally, Dan delivers educational technology bootcamps for Google G Suite certifications along with customized Microsoft 365 training and cyber security awareness seminars.
Dan is also a Certified Public Accountant and also holds numerous other industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Google Certified Administrator, A+, Network+, and Cisco Certified Design Associate certification.
Dan works closely with all i-Tech clients and partners. His “high-touch” approach allows him to stay very involved and available for our clients and partners to offer help and guidance as needed.
Vice President of Software & Consulting
Kurt Bauer is the Vice President of Software & Consulting at i-Tech Support, Inc. Kurt has over 20 years of technical experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise software and business systems in a variety of industries, including finance, retail, service and technology. For the past eleven years Kurt has been instrumental in helping organizations grow their business by implementing ERP software solutions. He currently holds ERP consulting certifications in both Acumatica and Sage ERP X3.
Born and raised in Ohio, Kurt attended Miami University in Oxford, OH, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with focuses in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems. After graduating, he expanded his business knowledge and expertise by working with small technology startups and large corporations. Kurt also has experience as a small business owner, after running his own business for several years. Kurt’s diverse background of experience and business ownership has accredited him with a unique ability to match the unique needs of an organization to a strategic software solution. This unique ability is instrumental to his daily consulting and support services.
Director of Consulting Services
Frank is the Director of Consulting Services at i-Tech Support, Inc. Frank has over 20 years of experience evaluating and implementing business processes at organizations of varying sizes serving multiple industries. Frank is also a Certified Public Accountant and brings a strong technical financial background to organizations looking to optimize the flow and reporting of data.
Born in Amityville, NY, Frank obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and Master of Science in Accounting from Pace University in New York City. He has served in several roles over the course of his career including 10 years in Big 4 Accounting in both external audit and advisory services consulting. He also served in various financial leadership roles including the Director of Financial Governance for a global software company based in Silicon Valley, CA. Prior to relocating to Florida in the summer of 2016, Frank worked for a large healthcare organization headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area where he was the Director of Internal Controls and Exchange Accounting.
Director of Administration
Christina Vargas is the Director of Administration at i-Tech Support. As Director of Administration at i-Tech, she wears multiple hats overseeing daily administrative functions, as well as accounting, marketing development, human resources, and assisting the operations and sales teams. She works closely with the President of i-Tech on strategic planning and initiatives.
For Christina, influencing positive change and growth is the most rewarding part of the role. Before joining i-Tech, Christina was an Accounts Payable Manager at Family Services of Metro Orlando, where she was responsible for overseeing state funding for foster and adoption care.
During this time she sat on a board to design and implement the state’s automated child welfare information system. Previously, she was a Store Manager for The Limited Stores, where she was responsible for recruiting employees, sales targets, sales performance, inventory control, and scheduling.
She attended Valencia College and the University of Central Florida; majoring in Finance. She also pursued extensive learning in law, science and economics. Well-rounded with a heart of a doctor, soul of a scientist, mind of a mathematician, and passion of an artist; she provides a balanced perspective and helps foster a positive work environment.
Outside of the office, Christina enjoys art, history, reading, learning, family time and traveling with her husband.
Director of Operations
Micah Trudell is the Director of Operations at i-Tech Support, Inc. Micah has over twenty years of experience in technology and leadership roles. He is passionate about employee and customer relationships. Micah is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also has the following Certifications: A+, Server +, MCITP-SA, and MCTS. Micah’s strengths include strong managerial and IT oversight to drive value to i-Tech and the clients we support. He is responsible for the overall client success. Micah was originally from upstate New York where he started his career in technology. He transitioned into HR and Leadership roles at his job at 3Wire and later relocated his family to Florida in 2011 to join the i-Tech Team.
Director of Educational Technology
Evelyn McCulloch is the Director of Educational Technology at i-Tech Support, Inc. in Orlando, FL and has the joy of supporting teachers throughout Florida. She loves collaborating with schools in order to build a positive digital culture, increase efficiency for teaching and learning, and provide responsive professional development. She is committed to coaching educators toward opportunities for development wherever they are along the growth mindset continuum with implementing digital tools for learning. She is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and an Apple Teacher.
She brings ten years of experience as an educator and teacher leader in local and global classrooms including Park Maitland School and The International School of Beijing, China. In addition, Evelyn serves on the Board of Directors for Konekte Haiti, a non-profit organization that empowers teachers and students in Haiti for a globally connected future.
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Evelyn moved to Pennsylvania for college and graduate school. She earned a B.S. in Elementary Education K-6 from Lancaster Bible College, an Instructional I Certificate from Pennsylvania, ACSI Standard Certificate for K-8 and further worked toward a M.Ed at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. In addition to having a teaching certificate in Pennsylvania, Evelyn also holds a Professional Florida Teacher Certification.
Evelyn has been a conference presenter at FETC Future of Education Technology Conference, FCIS Florida Council of Independent Schools Conference, LLI Lausanne Learning Florida, Adobe and Flipgrid #StudentVoice is Magic Summit, and the Orlando Learning Summit featuring G Suite for Education.
Evelyn is married to her college sweetheart, David, and together they have two teenage daughters and one son all adopted through the foster care system of Central Florida.
Robin Van Vranken
Director of Marketing
Robin Van Vranken is the Director of Marketing at i-Tech Support and is responsible for building brand awareness and community around i-Tech. Promoting i-Tech’s team is fulfilling knowing that, between their expertise and do-right core values, they will bring clients’ businesses to a better place than when they started. Robin brings an arsenal of creative problem-solving, operational leadership and cross-cultural experience to i-Tech and actively pursues innovative tactics to help the company achieve its outreach goals.
Robin graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish minor. In addition to her undergraduate studies, she contributed artistically and administratively as a member of Vanderbilt’s all-female a cappella group, The Swingin’ Dores. She holds a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Arts in International Business from the Warrington School of Business at University of Florida.
Having gained fluency in Spanish, Robin started her career in the International Sales Operations department of Turner Broadcasting where she was responsible for the execution of television advertising campaigns airing in Latin America. In this role, she guided a culturally and linguistically diverse team spread between Atlanta, Miami, Bogota and Caracas through extensive periods of change including two cable network company acquisitions and a series of three traffic system-to-ERP migrations. She worked closely with the Buenos Aires-based ERP Development team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to incorporate essential business functionality into the newly adopted software.
Robin lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband and their two young children. They spend their free time in pursuit of adventures such as building gigantic forts in the living room, catching waves on their longboard, and camping out in order to eat s’mores.
