Chart a Strategic Course Together
i-Tech meets with the school leadership to kick-off the year’s strategic teaching & learning goals, professional development, & technology initiatives.

Monthly Planning
i-Tech engages in monthly cadence meetings with school leadership to plan for the month ahead for instructional priorities and what to focus on during teacher coaching cycles.

Instructional Coaching
Our instructional coaches meet with teachers, departments, and teams to focus on teaching and learning goals and technology initiatives to implement for instruction. Teachers apply their learning and strategies in the classroom with their students.

Outcomes & Growth
Teachers, departments, and teams are empowered through instructional coaching to implement strategies to transform teaching and learning outcomes. They continue to meet with instructional coaches for tuning practices each week or each month, depending on needs. Teachers document evidence of growth they can share as part of their evaluation process with their observing administrator. Instructional Coaches share back successes to school leadership at monthly planning meetings. A deep and trusted partnership is formed with all stakeholders.
