I have heard some chattering going on about gaming in the workplace, but haven’t really given it much thought – until recently.
With the Millennial Generation quickly joining the workforce, the typical workplace structure and landscape is evolving to meet their needs and interests – especially in regard to flexibility and technology.
Ironically, this morning I came across a post from our partner, EATON, where they shared four great reasons to start bringing gaming into the workplace. I think moving to a more exciting, interactive and fun atmosphere is good for the soul and mind – and great timing for summer (I just need to get the bosses on board now.)!
